IGBT Gate Waveform Acquisition Based on Compressed Sensing Technology

As the core device of power electronic equipment, IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) is related to reliability system, so its online health monitoring particularly important. Due large amount data and high sampling rate for monitoring, transmission has become a major problem, method effectively reconstructing original signal one current research hotspots. Based on theory compressed sensing, acquisition gate waveforms studied in this paper. First, theoretical principle sensing expounded analyzed, evaluation criteria reconstruction performance are given. Then, from simulation, sparseness drive signals under different sparse bases measurement matrices discussed analyzed. Next, aiming at shortcomings stagewise weak orthogonal matching pursuit algorithm, SWOMP algorithm based backtracking strategy Sigmoid functions proposed. Simulation experimental results show that improved SWOMP4 best effect. Finally, applied process reconstruction. This paper mainly collects reconstructs through algorithm. The designed accuracy can be used module status system.
